45-Hour Intro to the NEC – Self-Paced
45-Hour, State-Approved Study in Residential House Wiring
This 45-hour course is approved by the State of Maine and is a Self-Paced video series which offers in-depth look at chapters 1-4 of the National Electrical Code and a introduction to chapters 5-8.
Upon completion of videos, students will be required to answer review questions.
Additional Books/Materials Required:
- Student must provide his or her own current version of the National Electrical Code Book.
- A set of at least 6 different colored chisel-tipped highlighters.

(NOTE: DO NOT put the tabs in the code book until directed to do so in the course. We will provide some tips and tricks on best practices at the beginning of the course.)
