Description
This course is designed to be taken in the classroom so that students will get a full array of hands-on labs. Students will be trained in understanding ladder logic and wiring diagrams. Additionally, an understanding of the different motor control system components is taught, including relays, contactors, motor starters, overloads, limit switches, pushbutton types, and more. Students will wire up a variety of circuits after being trained to read ladder logic. These practices will help the student improve troubleshooting skills for the next time they are faced with a service call requiring knowledge in these most common components.
